The day today was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful group of people, insanely yummy food (if I do say so myself), good conversation and fun, and the weather couldn’t have been better! One of the greatest benefits from my time working in Madonna’s household, was meeting Mayumi Niimi (Nishimura). Not only is she an amazing friend, but she was also a great inspiration and encouragement as I started learning to cook. Here she is with a recipe from her cookbook!
